CRM/ Email Marketing Manager
Limassol, Cyprus

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM and email marketing strategies to engage, nurture, and retain customers.
- Manage automated email workflows, segmentation, and personalized communication strategies.
- Oversee the integration and optimization of CRM tools, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
- Analyze customer data and campaign performance to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create compelling email campaigns.
- Utilize basic HTML to edit and format email templates, ensuring proper rendering across devices and email clients.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
- Continuously A/B test email formats, subject lines, and messaging for improved performance.
- Monitor customer behavior and feedback to enhance retention strategies.
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in financial services or trading.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Customer.io, Mailchimp, Stripo).
- Proficiency in basic HTML for editing and troubleshooting email templates
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and drive improvements.
- Experience with segmentation, personalization, and automation in email marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
