CRM/ Email Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM and email marketing strategies to engage, nurture, and retain customers.
  • Manage automated email workflows, segmentation, and personalized communication strategies.
  • Oversee the integration and optimization of CRM tools, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
  • Analyze customer data and campaign performance to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create compelling email campaigns.
  • Utilize basic HTML to edit and format email templates, ensuring proper rendering across devices and email clients.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
  • Continuously A/B test email formats, subject lines, and messaging for improved performance.
  • Monitor customer behavior and feedback to enhance retention strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in financial services or trading.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Customer.io, Mailchimp, Stripo).
  • Proficiency in basic HTML for editing and troubleshooting email templates
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and drive improvements.
  • Experience with segmentation, personalization, and automation in email marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
