Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and oversee strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring all projects are aligned with company objectives and delivered on time.
  • Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to refine marketing efforts.
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, paid ads, affiliate marketing, content, and partnerships.
  • Manage and optimize affiliate marketing programs to expand partnerships, track performance, and ensure affiliates are aligned with brand goals.
  • Interpret multi-channel attribution data and optimize marketing spend accordingly
  • Work closely with developers to ensure marketing-related product updates, website changes, and landing pages align with business goals.
  • Work closely with copywriting and design teams to develop effective marketing strategies and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for campaign execution and performance optimization.
  • Create, manage, and track Jira tickets for development and design tasks, ensuring clear communication and timely execution.
  • Work closely with data analysts to analyze Client Lifetime Value (LTV) to optimize customer acquisition strategies and retention efforts.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance, measure key metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and communication channels.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in the financial or fintech industry.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Forex or the Forex Prop Trading industries.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, content marketing, and brand positioning. Experience in paid media would be a bonus.
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and mentor a marketing team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
