Yes, but you need to be aware that, all of your positions will be closed automatically at 3:45 PM EST on Friday (75 minutes before the market closes) as per this FAQ.

You will still be able to trade on Crypto on Saturday and Sunday, trade can remain open over night yet, once more, they will close at 3:45 PM EST on Friday (75 minutes before the market closes)
