[Instant Funding] Can I trade news on Instant Funding?

[Instant Funding] Can I trade news on Instant Funding?

  • For High Impact news there is a Blackout Period :
  • No trades or orders may be placed 5 minutes before or 5 minutes after a high impact news event.
  • Violation Consequences:
  • Any trades opened or closed during this blackout period will be invalidated and deemed invalid. ( Trading is not removing them- they are just saying they cant be counted)
  • Pre-News Trades:
  • If an order or trade is placed before the blackout period and is expected to hit its take-profit target within the 5-minute window after a news event, that trade will be void. It will be treated as a news trade and will be invalidated
  • Closing Trades:
  • All orders must be closed at least 5 minutes before the high impact news release or held until 5 minutes after the release. (Trades dont have to be flat)
  • Any trade closed or open within the blackout window will be disregarded and will not contribute to any payouts.

Traders are advised to carefully monitor the high impact news schedules and manage their trades accordingly to avoid violating these rules.

Please also be aware that any profits made from trades opened or closed during the news blackout period will be disregarded. However, any losses incurred during this period will remain the responsibility of the trader and will not be reversed.
