When does my withdrawal get processed

We review withdrawals Monday – Friday 9AM -9PM GMT.

Please note the following:

-If you request a withdrawal over the weekend it can be reviewed on Monday which is the next business working day.*

-If you request a withdrawal after 9PM GMT (Monday – Friday) it can be reviewed the following day.

There also may be a delay in withdrawals around public holidays. 

*Withdrawals are typically processed within 3 business days considering verification is done, RISE account is verified and registered with the same email as per the FXIFY Account.

We aim to process within the above time frame yet, it may take longer depending on the case.
