Why was my account breached even though the balance shows above the Daily/MAX Drawdown?
Breach levels are determined by real-time equity, not the final settled balance.
If your equity falls below the Daily or Max Loss Limit equity breach level — even for a single second — the system will trigger a breach.
The Daily/Max Breach Meter then locks at 100%, regardless of whether your account balance later settles above the Daily or Max Loss Limit equity breach level.
This ensures that all breaches are captured at the exact moment they occur, based on real-time price ticks.
Please note that during periods of market volatility, trades may be closed at either a more favorable or less favorable price. Even if an order is ultimately filled at a better price, the account may still have breached the Daily/Max Loss Limit Equity Breach Level before execution.
In summary, the platform shows the current equity after trades are closed, but it does not retroactively display the equity at the precise moment the breach was triggered
