Are you able to change the platform after I have selected?
If you haven’t placed any trades on the account yet: Yes, you are able to request to change the platform from MT5, DXtrade* or vice versa. You can also request to change the price feed, from RAW to All-In and vice-versa. To request this please email support@fxify.com
If you have traded already it will not be possible to change it for the phase you are currently in. But, if you pass the phase you may be currently on, then it is possible to request the change** – just make sure to not place any trades.
Example:
1-Phase: Phase 1 On MT5, traded – cannot change the platform. Passed it > move on to Funded stage: NO trades placed yet, you can request change from MT5 to DX trade or TradingView.
2-Phase: Phase 1 on MT5, not traded, can request change to DX or Trading View. Passed Phase 1, now you are on Phase 2: NO trade, can request platform change. Moved to Funded stage: NO trades, can request platform change.
Same applies for 3-Phase. Of course, when on the funded stage ( or instant funding account***) and a trade was placed, then platform change is not possible.
The condition to be able to change the trading platform is that, NO trade was placed.
*For US based clients, only DX and Trading View are offered.
** The platform change request does not apply to Lightning account – only offered on MT5.
*** Instant Funding account is offered on MT5, Trading View and DX trade, RAW price feed accounts
