How do I request a payout?
Traders can request a payout via their trader dashboard .
Login your account via our website: fxify.com > go to Trading accounts > click on ” Dashboard” of the trading account you wish to withdraw from and you will see the button to request the payout showing on that section.
All payout requests are processed via RISE. We send invitations upon placing the request and you will need to:
- Register/sign up with RISE (in case you do not have an account)
- The RISE account should be registered using the same email address as your FXIFY Account (if you already have one registered with a different email address, contact our support)
- Verify the account with RISE
- If all above are done, FXIFY Account is verified, withdrawals usually get processed within 3 business days.
If any of the above may be missing or, depending on the case, it may take longer. For more information click HERE
For the 1,2 and 3 Phase challenges, the first withdrawal can be requested on demand. Once you close your first trade in profit and then every 30 days. For example if you make profits on day one in your live account you can request a withdrawal. Any subsequent withdrawals can be requested once per month or, if the add-on for bi-weekly payouts was purchased at the checkout stage, every 14 days.
For the Instant funding account the first payout can be requested 14 days after the first trade is placed and then any subsequent payouts are by default bi-weekly (every 14 days).
For the Lightning account, when on the funded stage, the first withdrawal can be requested after 7 days and then any subsequent every 14 days, bi-weekly basis.
Additionally, if you want to leave profits in the account and let them compound to scale your account you have the flexibility to do so. Upon requesting a withdrawal, your account will be set to read-only until the withdrawal is approved.
Please note for 1 phase, 2 phase, Lightning and Instant funding live account, the max drawdown will lock in at your starting balance after receiving your payout.*
Click on the hyper-link names above for more information.
*You are entitled to a full withdrawal, however in doing so, you will forfeit the funded account on 1 phase, 2 phase, Lightning and Instant funding accounts.
