[Instant Funding] What happens if I violate the rules?

The Rules are simple:

1. Daily Drawdown not to be exceeded
2. MAX trailing Drawdown not to be exceeded. Locks at initial balance at withdrawal or if 8% profit is achieved.
3. Do not use EAs/Bots
4. No copy trading
5. Do not trade/make use any of the prohibited strategies
6. News Trading not allowed. Do not trade 5 minutes before, during or after High Impact news
7. Max allocation on Instant Funding: Do not use more than 1 Instant Funding account at a time
8. Proper Risk Management
9. Don’t become inactive for more than 60 days. Place at least 1 trade every now and then, before 60 continuous days.

If any of the above is observed or happens, the account breaches and will not be able to use it anymore.

As the add-on “Performance Protect” isn’t supported for the instant funding, if you have profits but the account breached already, the profit is forfeited and aren’t eligible to request payout.

You can always purchase a new one.
